Joe Stanganelli

Joseph S. Stanganelli, Jr., Esq., is a Boston-based attorney licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Florida.  He owns and operates his own law practice, Beacon Hill Law.

Mr. Stanganelli graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, he focused his studies and coursework extensively on trusts and estates practice and entertainment law while maintaining memberships in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the International Law Society.  Mr. Stanganelli also continually honed his courtroom advocacy skills at Suffolk – through both coursework and consistently placing well in a number of trial and appellate competitions.

During his legal education, Mr. Stanganelli spent a summer clerking for international firm Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., in their Community Association, Disaster Recovery, and Land Use Departments. While at Becker & Poliakoff, Mr. Stanganelli dealt extensively with compliance issues; his major projects included compiling and drafting an Emergency Preparedness Guide for the firm’s condominium clients.Mr. Stanganelli also earned a coveted student externship working in the Bureau of Consumer Protection (”BCP”) of the Office of the Nevada Attorney General. As part of his work for the Nevada Attorney General, Mr. Stanganelli worked on consumer law cases. His individual investigation in an organized crime case turned up crucial information linking two key figures to each other. Mr. Stanganelli also worked on energy cases for the BCP – and represented the State of Nevada with supervising attorneys at a United States Department of Energy meeting on electric transmission corridor designations in the southwestern United States.Prior to law school, Mr. Stanganelli earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of New Hampshire. He has worked extensively in both the banking and entertainment sectors. A former professional actor and director, Mr. Stanganelli served as Director of Operations at Grandpa George Productions – a New England-based company – for over a year and a half.
